Citrix ICA client upload problem

Some users of my internal network had to connect to a external citrix metaframe server. Everything work fine, they can connect, work with excel, etc. But when they try to upload a file from their computer to the citrix server (with the ica client), they're disconnected automatically. If they disable the firewall client before connecting to the citrix server, they can upload files without getting disconnected.

I didn't see anything concerning this problem on the citrix forum.

how can i correct this?
