I've published several websites using ISA 2004 but I'm having trouble configuring the server to allow client tools to connect from remote locations/domains to a Business Objects instance protected by the ISA Server.  I've created an Access Rule for the ports needed for the connection and the log shows the traffic is allowed, however rather than a destination ip of 192.168.XX.XXX (the internal ip of the Business Objects server I need to get to) the log displays the ip address bound to the external nic  (example 70.254.XXX.XXX).   Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Have you tried using server publishing?

I wasn't very thorough in my first post sorry.  I've created both an access rule for the ports (6400, 6401, 6402) and published the server (192.168.XXX.XXX), I expected that publishing the server would direct traffic from the external ip (70.12.XXX.XXX) directly to the published server, instead in the logs I see the destination ip remains the external ip (70.12.XXX.XXX) rather than the 192 address.
As before any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
