Client IP to HostName

Why can't i see Client Hostnames(stored in the internal DNS Server) in ISA Log?
I only can see there IP address.

Is your ISA part of your domain? Do you have a reverse Lookup setup in DNS? How is your Internet access rule setup? Is it using All users?

ISA uses IP addresses to block. It all works an ISO layer lower then DNS names...
