IÆve got no problem with ISA server it is working correctly, however on my client machines IÆve installed ISA Client, which displays itself in task manager box. I use IRC / FTP most of the time on one machine, however when I come to run the reports on ISA server, it only displays a little percentage of the actual use. The software applications I use are mirc, flashfxp. In the proxy settings of these 2 problems there are no entries in there, because the gather the ISA client picks it up and sends it to ISA server automatically.

If I disabled the client and put the entries in the proxy settings for both applications, this doesnÆt work either, I think if it did work, the reports would show correctly, am I right? Or have I got the wrong end of the stick completely. And even if it still doesnÆt show the correct information in the reports, why doesnÆt it work?, surely just putting the ip address of ISA server in the proxy settings, should then ISA server pick it up, and allow the application to work on the internet.

Hi Crush,

Your FTP and IRC activity should show up in the logs. I believe if you are going through the browser, it may show up HTTP rather than FTP, but don't hold me to that
