We use ISA 2006 to publish some web sites. These web sites are a mix of Microsoft/IIS and JAVA/SAP (running on Windows 2003). With ISA 2004, the client username passed through ISA was exactly as typed into the login box. For example, if the user typed in gwashington, that is what was passed to the web servers as a username in the HTTP header. With ISA 2006, the client username is prepended with the FQDN. For example, the AD domain of the server is domain.company.com. What ISA 2006 is passing to the web servers is domain.company.com/gwashington. The IIS servers work fine but the SAP servers throw a login box up since they do not understand a username of domain.company.com/gwashington. Has anyone seen this with SAP or any other system and if so, did you find a way to fix it so ISA 2006 didn't send the FQDN with the client username?

Thanks
