Hopefully this is a relativity simple conversion.
 
I am trying to setup access for a PC that plays "Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars"
 
I have found a document that lists all the ports and how to configure them for a bog-standard router configuration:

I would like a bit of help, converting this information over in to ISA2004 (SBS2003 edition) or just point me over in the right direction.
