HELP ! We've been having lots of fun trying to do conferencing. We have an Exchange 2K on the LAN with Conferencing Server, and have configured a gatekeeper on the ISA server. We want to do conferences with Net meeting both internally and externally, the external clients have the ISA server as gateway. I have read both your excellent articles and applied everything carefully, but it still just don't work ! When I open Server/conferencing in IE, I cannot join an existing conference although I am recognized as domain/user. A logon window pops up and I can't log on. And sometimes "the other party refuses to let you join" or suchlike (transalated) If I open Net Meeting and call up the server, no conferences are listed and it doesn't help to type in the right name either. When I created my own conference through the web access, and then logon (automatic) and try to join it, I get HTTP 401.1 not authorised. Any ideas please ? Thanks

Hi.Davidd
Do you have Sp2 for Conference Server???, try to check the Destination Set for the URL of your server(Ex:http://server1/conferencing) this U¿RL must be exact in the Site and Content rule.

Thanks for the answer, Tom. I checked everything in Q303098 very carefully through again, and the only change I made was to the web publishing rule destination: old: ServerFQDN path conferencing new: ServerFQDN/conferencing path /* When I try to access the server from outside, I get 403 forbidden. when I try the same Address but with /exchange on the end, I can log on to OWA as normal, so the ISA settings must be right ? Any ideas ? Thanks

Hi David,
Run Network Monitor at the Exchange Server and see if the packets are making it there and what type of response its giving. The /* should work fine.
HTH, Tom
