hi,
i need some help regarding isa 2004 configuration i had intalled isa 2000 but it was giving some me problem so i decided to change it to 2004, but now when i want to try to get my active directory list from my DC its not finding the users list i am unable to put some security and check on my end users actually i want to block them like ISA 2000 simply add or remove user from there.....please help me and tell me what do i do with it should i go back to my old 2000 or if there is any proper solution to get the user list from active directory....

Good move to go to ISA 2004

This is what needs to be done

Check your DNS DNS and your DNS on the internal NIC

If this is perfect it should only point to your internal DNS server and nothing else.

Then check your bindings under advanced in the network properties and that the internal NIC is appearing first.

Then ensure that your ISA can ping the domain controller and that ISA is either part of a trusted domain or part of the respective domain.
