Connecting 2 ADSL lines

I have ISA Server 2004 installed on my network as a Firewall/proxy with 2 nics

I also have 2 ADSL lines:
1 - 1.5Mbps/96Kbps PPPOE line &
2 - 2Mbps/96Kbps PPPTP line,
and my Question is: can i connect those 2 line together to the ISA server (not as main & backup line) so i can achieve one faster line for my users in total of: 3.5Mbps/192Kbps (like in the old days with 2 analog modemsą) ?
