Hello ISA Team,

We are able to access and navigate the site http://www.contex.com/ successfully, however attempts to access their registration form at http://www.contex.com/download/orderform_sw_db.asp generates the error below.

In contrast, attaching the wkstn directly to the internet without ISA, loads the form without any issue.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I fail to get a page regardless of using ISA or not... and through a couple of different connection types & ISP's.
The main page however works fine.
http://www.contex.com choose "download" (firmware & software) and then go for "Get Access Information".
I reckon their site is broken.
Your "working client" may perhaps have a locallly cahced copy of the working page?

I just tried the download section | Get Access, the page loads instantly. I populate all the form fields to register and submit with successful confirmation from the website. This is without ISA. With ISA connection timeout after about 3-4 minutes.
