I have DSL connection from my ISP which has som sort of traffic filtering on their site. As a resust ( i tested various applications) all applications that require direct TCP connection from INTERNAL clients don't connect. If you try the same applications on LOCALHOST (Isa Server) they work like a charm.

So i tested with http://www.isatools.org/tools/winsocktool.msi let's say MSN MESSENGER. Direct TCP connection doesnt work with this configuration (only through HTTP proxy, like all softwares with http support.

Is there a way that i can configure ISA SERVER like a sock2http server for tunneling tcp connections from "Internal' to ISA itelf. . I need to foul around ISP into thinking that ISA does the connection (since I am sure they are doing packet filtering) since every other TCP connection is blocked.

Check with your ISP regarding their service level agreements. If they don't support what you require, see if you can get a new agreement or change ISPs.

HTH,
Tom
