Just started testing beta 2 and wow, this is just what Ive been waiting for! I plan on implementing this corporate wide after the release.
I had a question (hopefully simple) regarding a standard windows vpn client. If I configure it not to use the default gateway on remote network, I cant access resources inside the network, and traffic doesnt seem to route through the vpn. If I enable the gateway checkbox, everything routes through the vpn, but of course I lose internet access since I dont really have that configured yet. I just used a simple tracert to check. Is something on the ISA side I am missing, or would I have to create a route add batch file to make this work? [ February 07, 2004, 06:57 PM: Message edited by: Matt Bullock ]

Hi Matt,
Configure the VPN client to be a firewall and Web Proxy client of the ISA2004 firewall, and then create an access rule that allows the VPN clients network access to the Internet. In that way, the VPN clients don't end up violating network usage policy.
HTH, Tom
