The answer would be "no".

If you do not include the Protocol in the URL then HTTP is assumed,..which is not correct because HTTPS is required.

The redirection would be a function of the banking site's web server,...not you,...so you cannot redirect.

If I do the same thing with an Internet connection without tmg work. If I make the same operation directly from tmg using public ip works. I created a rule and redirect client requests (use firewall client) http to https site in question and it works. Disabling https inspection and ruleredirect theoretically should work, but it does not. Thank you and if I have to give more info if required.

I don't have an answer for that. All I can tell you is the the browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, whatever) is automatically going to assume HTTP if it is not specified. HTTP and HTTPS are two completely different protocols and they are handled differently,...even the commands sent by the browser to the web server are different (like using CONNECT instead of GET or POST).

Excuse me but in Italy have a different time.
You're right and I thank you for your interest. But if you use tmg and its client to obtain restrictions on navigation, https sites can not be reached in automatic mode if not using rules that are deceptive. The same sites interrogated by a simple Internet connection that does not use tmg are achieved and does not show the error described 64.
The problem is this if you are using tmg client is installed and the firewall client.

you can create a deny rule

Action : Deny
protocol :Http
From :Inetrnal
To : www.namesite.it
Redirect To : https://www.namesite.it
Condition : All Users

In the deny rule, you can redirect the users to a webpage, well, you can redirect the users to the https site in this case
