Client - Windows Vista Ultimate w/ SP1
It is a member of the local domain.  Server is an ISA 2004 SE.  I have WPAD configured for DNS and DHCP discovery methods.  Everything's been working fine for a while - My workstation is the only machine affected by the issue.

What's happening, is when a user (myself, also tried with other user accounts) signs into Windows, a pop-up appears on the desktop:
Title: "Event Notification Application"
Message: "Error in SSL connection.  The program will now exit."

I've clean-boot troubleshooted (using MSConfig) the machine to narrow down the issue to the ISA FW Client.  I am using the Vista-compatible version, and I have uninstalled and re-installed the client several times from both network source and  fresh download from MS.

Does anyone have any ideas on what in the ISA FW Client is causing this, and how I can resolve it?

Thanks in Advance!
