I have a client that needs to upload files to our DMZ.   I have created a FTP access rule allowing users in a ftp user group (AD group) to access FTP files from the internet, I've also unchecked the "read only" option on the FTP filter which should allow for uploads. However, when a user tries to upload files they can't make a connection. ISA Logging records the following entries:

Action:'Initiated Connection'  Rule:'FTP Access'
Result code:'0x0 Error_Success'

The next log entry goes to

Action:'Closed Connection' Rule:'FTP Access'
Result code:'0x80074e24 FWX_E_CONNECTION_KILLED'

My ISA servers are in an NLB Cluster. Any guidance help is appreciated.

Bump for more information.

I do have the latest install of the ISA Firewall Client installed on that workstation. FTP works fine uploading/downloading via the command line from that workstation. FTP works fine from IE as well. I have enabled passive FTP on both ISA servers using the registry. This should allow both active and passive FTP communication.

However, when trying to upload using this weatherlink application, is when ISA generates that error listed above.

Anyone have any suggestions?
