I installed ISA server lately.Since then all the clients can not access ftp sites.FTP programs on client computers connect correctly to ftp sites but can not browse folders or send/receive any files. I tried many settings, also whenever I try to create a server publishing rule, I find nothing listed in the "External IP address on ISA server" and whenever I try to add the external IP myself I get an error message saying that this IP is not external !

BTW --- in which mode is ISA server installed? Also, check out your basic ISA server configuration. Use Jim's excellent article http://www.isaserver.org/tutorials/Configuring_ISA_Server_Interface_Settings.html as baseline.
