Hi, I'm using ISA 2004 with SP3 on windows 2k3 + SP2
In network I'm using 3-Leg topology, and I set 3 networks:
Internal – 192.168.0.1 – 192.168.0.255
Perimeter – 192.168.1.1 – 192.168.1.255
External – some external IP

Now I'm trying to set FTP publishing so I add server publish rule with source = external IP and server IP 192.168.1.1.
Now when I'm trying to access external IP of publishing server I its fail and I can see in log access to port 21 but the rule that Isa use its "default rule" deny all.

What is wrong?

1. Is the published server configured as a SecureNAT client?

2. DNS issue would be another possibility. Is the perimeter FTP server you are publishing configured correctly in your internal DNS so ISA can resolve the FQDN or external IP?
