I can access to FTP server from outside ISA server, and I tried to create the second FTP site, I added protocol under "Protocol Definitions" for the second FTP site, port 22, inbound, TCP, and added "Server Publishing Rules" for the sedond FTP site, but I still can not access the second FTP site from outside ISA, what did I miss? Thanks.

Hello, I'm trying to publish a ftp server that is on another machine on the internal LAN (S-NAT client). I've enabled the FTP filter. When I try to connect from the outside (using the windows dos-mode ftp client) and using IE5.5 as an FTP client (this one is in PASV mode), I get past the login prompt but as soon as I type 'dir' or 'get filename' bot ftp clients just sit there forever trying to get the file list or file content. Do I miss something ??? thanks, Olivier.

Hi David, You have to do some tricky things to make the FTP server using a non-standard port to work. Check out the article in the Learning Zone for details on how this works. HTH, Tom

Hi Oliver, Are you requiring authentication for FTP access? If so, you will need to create a user directory in the FTP hierarchy to support the user's access. If you have anonymous access, all files and folders will be visible. HTH, Tom ------------------ Tom Shinder http://www.isaserver.org/shinder/ Get It Here
