I have two ISA2004 servers which are chained (both webproxy and firewall chaining). I have a client PC with the firewall client installed. I am trying to get this machine access to the internet using port 8100.

I can browse the internet with this machine no problem, but cannot connect to the internet using the 3rd party client on port 8100. I have added rules on both proxies allowing this machine, and the downstream proxy access to the external site on port 8100 but it doesn't work.

When viewing the log on the downstream server I see the connection initiated to the site IP and then closed with 0x80074e21. When checking the upstream log I see nothing conencting to the destination IP.

I'm really stumped...
