Can someone please explain what happens when enabling 'RemoteBindTcpPort' or 'LocalBindTcpPort' in ISA management console under firewall client settings for a specific port? I am trying to understand how to tunnel bittorrent traffic for a client machine running the firewall client with a single ISA 2006 standard server. I have successfully forwarded a port which trackers connect successfully and find peers but torrents never download. In the logs I can see traffic coming inbound on the published port.

I've configured 'LocalBindTcpPort' which torrents seem to be downloading fine now. I did also have a network problem which I resovled.
