perhaps you should consider setting up a dynamic nat or ( dynamic network address translator ) on your firewall. This type of process makes all outbound IP communications from private IP hosts that cross the "nat" to be routed to the public Internet with a rewritten packet source header so that the packet looks as if it came from the public IP host. When the packet returns, it will be automatically routed to the private host that initiated the communications.

****Make Sure IP Routing is NOT enabled !***

It works excellent now.

The problem was that the UDP packets where fowarded outbound with the private address and not the listening public.
