HOWTO remove corrupt Cache Objects

Is there a way to remove corrupted cache objects from the ISA2004 cache? Sometimes downloaded objects, especially large compressed files, are corrupted during the download either due to bad connection or software interference. Instead of resetting the cache database (thereby loosing all cached objects), can we just remove only the corrupted objects?

There is no publicly available cachedir tool, so you'll need to reset the entire cache.
