We are running ISA Server 2004.  There is an external web site that some of our internal users need to access.  The operators of the web site have decided for security reasons not to have a Fully Qualified Domain Name but have instructed users to access the web site by entering http://website in their web browser and then putting an entry in the local HOSTS file with the TCP/IP address of the web site [123.123.123.123 website].

As far as I can tell the HTTP Security Filter recognizes this as a problem and blocks the web site.  The Signature appears as "/".

I am looking for a suggestion on the best way to handle this situation.  Can I just remove the "/" criteria from the signature?
