Hi lion,

you said "I reinstall ISA server to firewall mode". That means you have no Web Proxy service on ISA. Right? How was it installed previously?

What type of external connection do you have? Is the ISA external interface just a plain Ethernet or some sort of dial-up connection (i.e. PPPoE/PPPoA)?

HTH,
Stefaan

Hi lion,

I can connect to that website without any problem through an ISA server! So, I suggest you check out the ISA logs to find out what's going on.

BTW --- if you have installed ISA server in Firewall mode, then you don't have the Web Proxy service. However, if you have the Firewall and the Web Proxy service, then you have installed ISA in integrated mode! [Wink]

Hi lion,

I have connected to the website and got the login screen. However, I couldn't login because I was missing the domain part of the login! [Big Grin]

If it works by IP address then it looks you have a DNS name resolving problem. Can the ISA server and an internal host nslookup that FQDN?

Also, because you seems to use a dial-up connection (RASPPPoE) for the ISA external interface, check out http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;283635 .

amm...
That domain name is dnsod.com
Thank you to test. [Big Grin]
I think it is DNS problem too.(No my internal network.)
But i can't sure now .
Next ,
I created a dial-up connections and configuring a dial-up Entry to use that dial-up connections.
(Because i used Raspppoe software,It's a perfect software about ADSL/PPPOE dual-up.)
The ISA server automatic dial-up when our employees connection Internet.
