How do I configure my ISA 2006 Std to keep cookies for a site?

Our company does CRM business with a site that we used to access via https://sitename.com
The CRM provider has recently implemented load balancers due to the large number of requests on there site.
The problem now is that the CRM provider no longer uses HTTPS. Now they just put a cookie on the user's computer and that is supposed to keep the person connected even when switching servers through the load balancers.

Unfortunately, since they've made this change our users now get kicked out each time the site switches them to another server.

I've tested outside of my firewall at the DMZ and I have no issues. The CRM provider says no other company has this issue. I'm guessing that the ISA is somehow preventing the cookies from staying or there's some type of timeout set by the ISA.....

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Travis
