I have the firewall client installed and even though I have my local IE proxy settings pointing to another proxy device (barracuda web filter), whatismyip.com still shows all traffic as coming from the firewall client, not the barracuda device. So, I setup the HTTP Redirector Filter to "Reject HTTP requests from Firewall clients", but according whatismyip.com, i am still sending the request from ISA, not from the barracuda. How do I get my local machine to ignore the firewall client altogether and just use my IE settings for all IE traffic? We have 3rd party providers that are expecting us to come from the barracuda IP address, not the ISA device. Thanks for your help.

Hi drmthtr, check out A different look at the ISA Clients to understand how the different ISA clients interact with the ISA Server. Assuming the barracuda proxy device is *not* part of your internal network than you have to create a 'locallat.txt' file on the client with as content the IP address of that barracuda proxy device. If the above assumption is not true, you'll have to fix your LAT definition on ISA itself. For more info about the 'locallat.txt' file, check out he ISA help file. HTH, Stefaan
