Hi,

The ISA Server I am working with has 3 NICs. They are connected as the following,
  • NIC1 - Local Network (192.168.1.x)
  • NIC2 - External company network (via a router - 10.35.116.254) (10.x.x.x)
  • NIC3 - ASDL Modem

Previously when I was using SecureNAT, I set up a static route in the "Routing and Remote Access" as follow
  • Destination: 10.0.0.0
  • Mask: 255.0.0.0
  • Gateway: 10.35.116.254
  • Interface: NIC2

Recently, I changed to Firewall Client mode and found that access to 10.x.x.x now fails.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Access to what?
FWC is not a like-for-like replacement for S-NAT.  FWC works only at the winsock layer and it excludes a lot of apps and protocols.  Likewise, many protocols themself cannot authenticate so if you think you can somehow capitalize on FWC's authentication, you cannot.
