I have a situation as such. i have one ftp server(eg xzy.com) published and working on ISA 2006. I now have a requirement to publish another ftp server (aabbcc.com). Is there a way to do host header filtering (like in IIS) so that requests for aabbcc.com can be forwarded to my second ftp server in the internal network.
I know i can do this using custom ports on the same domain name but as i have another domain name not being used, i would rather be able to use it.

FTP requires Server Publishing (Reverse NAT) which does not have the same abilities that you see with Web Publishing (Reverse Web Proxying). You have to do it by having multiple IP#s on the ISA external Nic and use a separate Publishing Rule for each site with each Rule's Listener bound to a different external IP#. You can alter the ports and use a single IP#, but I recommend leaving the ports alone and using multiple IP#. It seems to me there is less to go wrong that way. Go with Standard Ports and let the FTP Application Filter do its job.
