Howto set ISA for MMIS 2002 and Exchange 2003 Active Sync

I'm planning to move our users to E2003, but currently some of our users
are using Active Sync from the Pocket PCs. To make this move smoothly for the
users I need to keep both front ends (MMIS 2002 and E2003 FE) running until
the last user has been moved. Then I can close the old MMIS.

But how I can do this on ISA ? So that users with E2000 mailboxes
should go to MMIS 2002 and users with E2003 mailboxes go to E2003 FE ?
