Hello!
I have ISA 2004 installed. I have Basic Authentication enabled. So i wanted
to SSL clear text passwords from client to ISA Proxy. So I enabled SSL port
on WebProxy.
Question is how do i configure IE for using SSL Proxy port? Just typing ISA
FQDN and changing port to SSL port does not work (page cannot be displayed
error).
If i type https://FQDN:8443/ ISA in address bar error page shows saying
that i need to authorize on Proxy. So as far as i understand ISA proxy is
responding on SSL port.
Server certificate is trusted.
Only thing i have is Webmarshall enabled in ISA integrated mode (as
WebFilter).

This is quite misleading - this feature was designed for proxy chaining and wont work for client requests.
