As you know we consider ISA as a powerful firewall , Can we use IIS 6.0 with ISA server to make a protected and secure web server ?

Yes! The ISA firewall is the idea firewall for protecting IIS sites behind the firewall. However, I DO NOT recommend putting Web sites on the firewall itself.
