I have recently just installed a 2002 ISA server, sp1 fp1  on a windows 2003 server platform. We are on a 2000 ad domain with dhcp. Mostly things are working great

I'm running 5 large destination set files with 5 policies blocking things like porn, gambling and webmail. I have them redirecting to a local page that says they have been bad if they attempt to access a site they should not be at. Everything is working well so far.

No for the things I need some help with. What is the best method to allow a certain group to visit anything. Example being myself and the owners. Maybe 5 people.
Next if lets say suzy calls and can't get to clip art on microsoft.com how what is the bets way to figureo ut which destination set is causing a problem or add an allow policy to allow that one site that overrides the dest set. Searching 10,000 pages in the dest set is not fun.

I have also read the popular tutorial
http://www.isaserver.org/tutorials/ISA-Firewall-Quick-Tip-Blocking-MSN-Messenger-Access-Enabling-Access-Some-Users.html
and I stall cannot block msn/aim/yahoo messenger. I am not running the firewall client.

Thanks,
Brian
