Hi All

I'm new here so take it easy on me.

I have an issue with an ISA2000 server whereby I need to let it allow a blackberry server out. I have tried to define a protocol on the ISA2000 server and I am unable to do this, It will allow me to define all the other policy elements except the Protocol Definitions.

I have one network card and am using a the admin account with domain and enterprise admins roles to try and do this.

Please help!!!

James

From memory, you probably installed in cache only mode.

I think changing the protocol definitions is only supported in firewall or integrated mode, Or was it Enterprise edition you need?

Anyway check you have integrated or firewall mode install and work from there
