I've had a site and content rule that has been working from day one. I had to change one of the IP's to a URL in the destination set and now the user can only go to the redirected site. Are there certain services that need to be stopped and restarted? Is there a certain order this needs to be done in?

Sorry for late reply. Haven't been to isaserver.org in some time.
If youre clients are using ISA web-proxy then stop/start the web-proxy services would give this the hurry up, otherwise it may take a minute or two to come into effect.
I've found Site&Content rules in ISA2000 don't like to contain BOTH URL's and IP's.
I have always created 2 seperate rules - one for hte DNS name and another for hte IP. I cant remember the details but I think this was a 'knwon issue' as such... all those years ago when I first set up ISA2K's!
Is it possible that the "named" site is doing its own refresh to the IP and since your S&C rule now contains a name and not hte IP thats why your having troubles?
