ISA 2004 & Win2k DC trust relationship error

Status: offline 		Dear all, we have a windows 2k server as DC and an ISA server as a member of that, I have just reinstalled ISA server but when I wanted to rejoin it, I got some errors such as "Remote Procedure call fails" & joining was failed.
 I renamed it and tried again, it was connected but automatically renamed it to the original name & now there are many errors in the event viewer such as " trust relationship fails" and I can not access the AD users&computers for creating user rules...
any sugesstion?
