i have installed ISA 2004 Beta 2 on a Windows 2000 server. there is only 1 NIC as i only wish to use ISA for caching and to allow access to certain clients. i cannot seem to get the ISA Server itself to access the internet. i set up an access rule from "local host" to "external" for HTTP and HTTPS, but that didn't work. any suggestions at all,

Status: offline 		yeah you need to allow DNS requests too
DNS is what converts a name to an IP address.

Enable DNS queries to where your DNS server is located from the Local Host network.
