Dears,

I need to know how do i block MSN webmessenger so that nobody will be able to use it?
And the next thing is Facebook how do i block facebook to be used from everyone except the group that is allowed to use it?
Please help

Hi,
search forums in this site but in short for facebook use urlset and for yahoo messenger check the logging of the isa to find out which protocol or port is using by it. I use antivirus to disable messenger

Hei,

You need to create deny rule for facebook.com based on URL. Its simple.

Secondly, I would suggest you to create deny rule where,

Source would be your LAN source.
Port:- TCP for signin (TCP 80, 443, 1863, 6901)
Destination:- https://Login.live.com
http://Login.live.com
https://*.contacts.msn.com
http://*.messenger.msn.com
http://gateway.messenger.hotmail.com
http://messenger.hotmail.com:1863
