Running ISA 2004 Std SP2 and SC 5.0 SP1 here. Our SC policies are not being enforced for users of the ISA Firewall Client. I've seen some posts here regarding the issue, but no resolutions. Has anyone figured out how to make this work?

Specifically, if a user sets their browser up as if they have a direct Internet connection and does not specify proxy settings, the Firewall Client takes over and the client has full access to everything regardless of the SC rules that normally apply.

I've been waiting two days for SurfControl to return my calls and I've been on hold with them for a total of three hours in that time. Not getting much help from the vendor, so I'm hoping for some advice here.

Thanks in advance.
