We run an ISA 2004 server and and Exchange 6 server. From my remote desktop connection to the Exchange server I access the ISA Server management, recently I haven't been able to access any data from the ISA server. I receive a message whenever I attempt to do anything which
requires contacting the server, it says the server is not responding. I was looking to see how I can reconfigure the connection to the server, but I can't find anything. I'm not a very advanced user so I don't really know where to start.

Are you saying that RDP connections to the ISA firewall aren't working?

There was and update available, it fixed a problem with Svr03 SP1 and ISA 2004 (KB891024).
