ISA Reporting external IP addresses - 24.Apr.2005 11:35:00 PM
Guest
When viewing my ISA Summary Reports within the ISA Management Console and
under the category of "The following users have generated the largest
amounts of network traffic through the ISA server during the report
period.". It then goes on the say "Network address are presented when the
user names are unknown to the ISA Server".

When viewing these IP addresses I see familiar internal IP addresses but
also see numerous external IP addresses. What does this mean and is this a
security concern to me?

Hi Lasz,

Check the log files to see what the nature of the traffic from those hosts is.

HTH,
Tom
