I have ISA 2006 Ent. server on 2003R2 box, as webproxy. i wanted to customize my Access denied page , requirements below
1. Making with my company logo and internet policy 2. User's should get the info that ,the blocked site is under which catogory like "Access denied : This site is blocked under 'SEX' catogory" 3. Should be contain the information for Technical Support Team , like "Proxy server denied the access'' 4. A feedback form for user replies on regarding rule.
I know my requirements are more..i am also trying to solve these ...expecting your valuable inputs....thanks in advance all of you

Hi,
first you have to customize an HTML page for each category that you want. Then, you can create a Deny access rule for each group using URL sets/Domain names sets. On the Action tab, of each access rule, redirect to the customizes HTML page that you created.
thanks for the valuable reply...i tried the same...its working fine....thanks for your support...but i need one requirement how can i get the Technical support information like source ; url ; date time on the cutomised web page.....

With it, you can select the categories that you want to block, and customize the page that will appear to the users, and it has the feature of reported to the user why this page was blocked ( under which category that site falls )
Using a 3rd party app, you will get rid of manually adding millions of unwanted URLs to your denu rules !!
