So, recognising the current limitation of ISA 2006 (which is now an 11 month old issue ) of ISA only looking at the first SAN name in a certificate, I am guessing that for Exchange hosting (where I will be creating UCC certificates with multiple company domains - domain1.com;domain2.com;etc) I am going to have to use a physcial firewall for my exchange hosting services.

I need everyone to use their own particular email address for autodiscovery as well as login to Webmail using their company name.  Considering it's a pita just getting a single domain name working, I can't see it being any better with multiple domains.
