I am trying to setup a DENY Firewall Policy. I have setup a DENY for the Local Hosts. The block of addresses for the first couple were simple; setup for all the Internal network and then setup a SUBNET definintion to block the range 220.0.0.0/8. This is working fine. I have added four subnets manually using this method.

But now I have a CSV file of over 800 different Internet IP ranges I want to block. I can manipulate the file as needed. It is in the form of:

12.0.0.0 - 12.255.255.255
65.23.0.0 - 65.23.255.255
65.48.0.0 - 65.48.255.255
and so on.

Manually entering 800 such entries is NOT something I want to do. But I cannot find how to import a list such as the sample above. Can anyone explain how this can be done?
