Situation is a conventional ISA server dual nic configuration sitting behind an ADSL router (different subnet ISA - router!), and port forwarding on the router for all SMTP traffic. Messagelabs service in place for inbound hygiene.
All email is ocming in, but i am seeing log errors for inbond like this. It seems 2 rule are firing, one rejecting, and then another acceptimg. Extract from logs below.

Anyone seen this, and better still understand why. THe incoming SMTP publishing rule has all ports enabled.
