Dear All,

I'm installing ISA SERVER on the 2 Server with 2 different Internet lines. One was built domain controller and the rest one was in Workgroup with the same IP range. I don't know much about ISA. Below is the error which I got it from Monitoring\Alert. Please help me up! Thanks you for your help!

Alert Information
Description: The Web Proxy filter failed to bind its socket to 192.168.1.3 port 8080. This may have been caused by another service that is already using the same port or by a network adapter that is not functional. To resolve this issue, restart the Microsoft Firewall service. The error code specified in the data area of the event properties indicates the cause of the failure.
The failure is due to error: 0x8007271d

Hi,

ISA was installed in the same server as a DC? If so, this configuration is nor supported by Microsoft.
Considering what the alert tell you, you probably has an application installed on this ISA machine using the 8080 port (same port used for web proxy).
My advice to you is uninstall ISA and check if windows is listening on the 8080 port after that.
