Hi
i have a win2003 R2 SP1 installed
I have an ISA 2004 SP2 installed on it
now i want to install Sp2 on the windows
i want to know what should i do before installing the SP2 on the windows

Hi Johnny,

There are some issues that you should be aware of when installing Windows Service Pack 2 on a server running ISA server. Please read the KB below:

The article refers to SBS but it applies to all Windows 2003. You need to disable RSS on the NIC�s and TCP offloading. Updating the NIC drivers is also recommended and may be necessary.

Are you planning to update to ISA SP 3?
