The new Yahoo mail beta site has been the most frustrating part of my support request existence the past few months.  Once I seem to fix something there is another issue...which of course means there are multiple facets contributing to the problem.

Below are my troubleshooting steps.
(ISA 2004 Standard has already been updated to SP3 and clients have the latest version of the FW client software.)

1.  Checked DNS  in net monitor and on DNS server debug logs and things are resolving okay.

2. Created test scan exception in primary Fortigate firewall for at *.yahoo.com/*, *.yimg.com/*, *.akadns.net/* (all sites reported in network monitor running on test workstation)

3. Created Cache Exception
* Fixed partially loading pages

4. Allowed HTTP/S to bypass at *.yahoo.com/*, *.yimg.com/*, *.akadns.net/* (all sites reported in network monitor running on test workstation) then allowed port 5050 (for the integrated chat).
* Fixed Object not found/Exception errors at initial login to mail.

5. Placed f582.mail.yahoo.com in the IE Trusted Zones list and disabled transfer warning from other zones.
* Fixed "Permission Denied" script warning and slow loading times.

This was all after updating the two test clients to the latest Windows/IE patches (6.0 and 7.0) then updating Java to the latest version.  IE 7 machine was Vista and IE 6 machine was XP.  Clients in both still cannot change the Yahoo mail options (once logged in) in either Firefox or both IE versions.  They all get a "MailOptions" and a "DatePicker" undefined script error.

Still having this issue and am able to duplicate the problem on two different ISA 2004 servers in my environment.  One is SP2 the other is SP3.  The Yahoo Beta is officially on my bad list.  I had it working for awhile then it got bad again.  They must have made some changes or something...  Anyway I have a new 2006 box ready to go and so far it is working with few if any major issues.
