I want to set Internet Explorer Home Page to site http://xyz to all my clients. But this has to be done manually and I want to automate this process I have Win 2003 SP1 and ISA Server SP1 2004 EE and a workgroup infrastructure

Plz reply as soon as possible

You can use Windows 2003 group policy no need to ISA for this.

so group policy is not an option. No AD

Unfortunately ISA does not have the functionality as a Captive Portal, so this can not be done with ISA.

You need a 3rd party app, check WebTos from http://www.collectivesoftware.com/
