I work in a school. Our internet connection is provided by the local authority. All schools connect to the local authority core via a private network to an upstream proxy server.
We have ISA 2004 running as a front end firewall on the school network (network is Win 2003 all servers running Win 2003 standard edition) when connecting to the upstream proxy we route to a port, in our case port 8083, the port you point to  dictates the levels of content filtering. This port is for students. However I would like to get staff a lower level of filtering by pointing them to port 8084.and controlling the routing by active directory security groups. AD users security groups we have are Managers, Technicians, Staff, Students and Visitors.
Clients (Win XP Pro SP2 using IE6) are routed to the ISA 2004 Server via a default domain Group Policy set to- ISAserverName:port 8080
The ISA server runs with 2 NIC's 1 for WAN, 1 for LAN, there is a 3rd card currently not used.
Has anyone done anything like this or similar. I've tried various access rules and cannot seem to get it working in they way I want it too.

That's an interesting requirement.  I know that it could be done easily with a custom web filter.  PM me if no one offers you an easier solution.
