for first thing i have to excuse me for my poor English, but i am Italian and i hope to find a away to make me undesrstand well and pray you all to be patinet with me and my language.
Probabily i will be OT with this question but i have to submit it.
I read and followed the seguent articles of Thomas Shinder:
"ISA Server 2004: Supporting Both Basic and Forms-based Authentication with a Single External IP Address and Web Listener (v1.1)" to solve a problem with ISA OWA FBA and can use Acrive sync and OWA.
I tried the articles and ir works fine but the doubt remain about the fact i have to type always Https from External and not HTTP like i read in the article to make it works.
is it right or i have mixed the old configuration to use OWA FBA on ISA and the article mentioned above?
I have now a Public certificate istalled on ISASERVE 2004
a private certificate called Localhost on ISASERVER but i also have another private  certificate on the Exchange Server i used to make a ssl link between ISASERVER and EXCHANGE as in another article of Thomas shinder.
How i should to do the rights things right now?
Thank you for your patience.

Hi Sergio,

Welcome from Dallas, Texas!

Yes, it's true that you do need to enter https://

In ISA 2006, you can automatically configure it to redirect to http://, but not in 2004.

HTH,
Tom
